Jake was lucky enough to come from a big family where his passion for cooking was not only celebrated but encouraged and so despite his fine dining background, these days he prefers to serve hearty tables over pretty plates!
He has worked in London's finest restaurants including La Petite Maison, Coya and The Ritz, and likes to let his cooking speak for itself. His aversion to the trend of style over content led him to lay foundations for his own restaurant with a focus on substantial flavour and conviviality.
